VBS this year is going to look a little different, but will still offer opportunities for summer learning and fun for the whole family. We will not have a typical VBS in person at the church. However, there will be different videos available online and a kid's pack you can pick up each Wednesday. Please visit our VBS website and register your children on the registration page. You will find lots more information there about this year's program.

VBS at home: Each Wednesday, from 4:30 pm - 6 pm, families can come to the church and pick up a kit with materials for that week's activities. Visit our VBS website to register your children so we can have enough kits prepared ahead of time.

VBS at Kids Care: That same day, Jessica Jaspers, our Kids Care Director, will lead the children attending Kids Care in that week's VBS lesson and activities.

VBS in our Sunday message: This year's VBS theme of Rocky Railway will also be the cornerstone of our Sunday worship series. Starting June 7th and lasting for 5 weeks, Pastor Thom will incorporate the VBS lesson, Bible verses, and the week's Bible story into his online message.

What Is VBS?

VBS!!! It's the acronym for Vacation Bible School. In typical years, children ages 3 to 11 gather at church Wednesday evenings for fun with a focus of learning more about God. When we asked our children what they liked best about VBS the answers were as varied as the VBS learning stations. Some liked songs, some liked snacks, some liked the outdoor games, or crafts, or science, or story time. With all that, what's not to like? Come and enjoy the holy chaos of Vacation Bible School. All kids and stalwart adults are welcome.
